시트콤 <프렌즈>를 10회 시청을 목표로 9회 차 정주행 중입니다. 처음에는 10회 차까지 반복하게 되면 무척 질릴 것이라고 생각했습니다. 분명 그런 시간이 있었지만, 이제는 정이 들어서 또 봐도 재밌고, 여전히 새롭게 보이는 부분이 있으며, 시즌10이 끝나면 아쉽기도 합니다. 무엇보다 반복할수록 눈에 들어오는 표현이 많아져 신기하고 보람 있습니다. 정주행 마치면 눈물도 나고요. 이처럼 <프렌즈>와 코드가 어느 정도 맞고, 꼭 반복하겠다는 의지가 충만한데요. 알게 된 어휘와 이디엄 그리고 기억하고 싶은 문장을 기록합니다. :)

시즌 2: 23화 "수두에 걸린 피비" 줄거리 ▼
피비는 해군 남자친구를 2주간 만날 생각에 들뜨지만 수두에 걸리고 맙니다. 그러나 남자친구 또한 수두에 걸린 적이 없어 함께 수두에 걸리고 데이트 기간 내내 고생합니다. 서로 긁어주는 장면이 웃겨요. 마지막에 로스가 해군 복장입고 등장하는데, 잘어울립니다.
Phoebe catches chicken pox from Ross’s son just as her old flame, Ryan (Charlie Sheen), arrives in town on leave from the Navy. Even though he has never had chicken pox, he wants to be as close to her as possible and they end up spending the rest of the time being sick and trying not to scratch themselves. Chandler hires Joey as a temporary screener at his office and Joey decides to play it as a role. He creates his own character, "Joseph" (who has a wife and kids), and takes his roleplaying too far, which almost costs Chandler his job. Monica is upset that Richard does not have a "thing" – an unexplainable quirk – like she does. He eventually thinks of one to please her.

Chandler: Well, the people in my group

Douglas: I have a family. I'm going to be here.
Joseph(Joey): Yeah, Bing.

a little slack, you know, for morale.

*I've never had it. I feel so left out. 벤이 수두 Chicken pox에 걸렸고, 로스가 울상을 지으며 걸려본적 없으면 지금이 기회라고 얘기하자, 친구들 모두 걸려본 적이 있다고 말한다. 이때 피비는 한번도 수두에 걸린적 없다며 속상해하는데 곧이어 바로 팔에 수두가 생긴 것을 발견한다
Well, right now I'm in between things. 챈들러의 동료에게 조이를 프로세서라고 소개하자 그가 조이에게 어디서 일하냐고 묻는다. 조이는 현재 구직중이라고 말한다
